Sarah experienced anaphylactic shock while trekking in the Denali wilderness. Her nervous system regulation practices were an important part of healing – and you can learn how to use them, too!
Sarah Histand is an Alaskan adventurer, a somatic nervous system educator, and a mental health-informed fitness trainer through her business, Mind & Mountain. In the summer she’s often out hiking, backpacking, and packrafting. In the winter you’ll find her ice skating on wild ice, nordic skiing through the trees, or curled up with a good book in front of the woodstove.
Sarah loves nerding out about nervous systems and figuring out how to take good care of ourselves while we’re building the world we want for future generations.
