Voices of the Gorge:
A live panel series unpacking the sticky topics we all want to talk about (but don’t know where to start).
The Columbia River Gorge is a powerful place: wild, complex, and ever-changing.
It can be hard to talk about the social, environmental, and economic challenges we face together in the region.
Voices of the Gorge is a live event series where we get curious together: gathering local experts, asking the big questions, and talking about what it means to live, work, and care for this place we call home.
As host, I’m not here as the expert. I’m here as the person who knows she has a lot more to learn, and who has a bunch of tough questions to ask (and figures maybe you do, too).
UPCOMING EVENTS:
June 25th, The Ruins, Hood River: Wildfires panel (ticket link coming soon)
July 24th, The Ruins, Hood River: panel TBA
What you’ll experience…
Expert panel conversations moderated by me, asking the questions you’re probably wondering too
A town hall-style Q+A where no question is too small, too simple, or too complicated (anonymous questions welcome, too)
Clear action you can take with you at the end of each event
Local nonprofit partnerships, with part of every ticket supporting work on the ground
Rotating venues around the Gorge (because this whole region deserves a seat at the table)
Why these discussions matter…
This isn’t just about learning facts. It’s about deeply understanding the place we live, and what we can do to shape its future.
It’s about showing up with your questions, your heart, and your willingness to build a happier, healthier Gorge community.
If you care about this place, there’s a seat for you.
The Columbia River Gorge is changing. Let’s talk about it.
We’re kicking off the series with 3 summer pilot events.
